There are 2 brand new places to eat opening soon. Initially both will be providing takeaway only but once restrictions are lifted “The Smoking Goat” will be open for eating in and I believe the 2nd eatery may remain as a Takeaway.

The Smoking Goat
On April the 23rd new restaurant “The Smoking Goat” will be open for takeaways only. The restaurant will be fully open to the public on the 17th of May as per the COVID guidelines.
Also, keep an eye out on their social media over the next few weeks for some of the dishes that will feature on the menu. There looks like a good variety of dishes to choose from. The exact location is not disclosed but it will be on Frodingham Road near to the Polish Social club.
SMOKE & IRON
Opening for takeaway on 8th April 2021. 90% of their packaging is either made from plants, compostable, biodegradable or fully recyclable.
You will see many menu items are “Build your own” concept. This means they deliver menu ingredients separately so they arrive in a fresh, just cooked state for you to put together when you are ready to eat, which changes the take out food concept for the better!
Smoke & Iron seem big on Allergen awareness. You can be confident that any allergens are 100% declared!
