Feather bowers, masquerade masks, wacky hats, wacky outfits, the louder the better.
The event hopes to encompass the carnival atmosphere of Rio De Janeiro.
Embarking on a new image for Cleethorpes Carnival and re branding to ensure this event takes place year on year, be that a carnival party or a carnival parade.
All profits will be put towards next years carnival events. The events company “Costal Events” hopes to bring back the resorts much missed carnival parade.
The Only barriers to this carnival are your imaginations.
