Venue News // Party In Pines License

As you will know by now, there will be no more partying in the pines. Which will sadly be missed by some of the people that enjoyed it over the years.

It is still a great shame and loss to the area but times moves on and you may have seen the license has now been handed over to “Pinewood Events”.

The only thing is, there will be no open public festival. The only way you can once again party in the pines will be at your own wedding or someone else’s as that’s what Pinewood events do, Weddings.

Yesterday (7th May) a wedding fayre was held on the woodland that was once home to North Lincolnshire’s most unique and popular festival. Pinewood events have said they hope to hold around 5 weddings a year on the land with Packages including exclusive rights of the marquee venue for the day and the wedding breakfast. The marquee is fully equipped with round tables and chairs, table linen, on site toilets and the gold package includes the venue décor.

Pinewood events also have an in house catering team with experienced chefs and event managers.

If you want to know more about getting married there, perhaps you met at Pines and this is great news for you and your partner, but you best get saving as the package might cost you a little more than the local village hall.

The marquee has a separate dance floor and chill out area which can be revealed later in the day, keeping the day time intimate but with extra space for the evening guests.

Site visits are recommended , so please do give us a call for further information.

Although we are very sad to see the festival go we wish the best of luck to the events company that has taken over and happy weddings to anyone thinking of tying the knot there.
