Shadow Bridge independent brewery made the move to Normanby Road this year, already hosting an array of street food vendors outside. But they were missing one vital approval until now, the alcohol license. The venue can now sell their own brewed beer and stout and sell independently sourced bottles in their very own bottle shop.
It’s all hands on deck trying to get everything finished. They will be opening at weekends for the food trucks but have no set opening hours in the week as of yet.
“Shadow Bridge Brewery” gets license approved!
The grand opening will be 29th March from 12pm till late. From which point the brewery and bottleshop will have set opening times and days.
There will be food from Carries Indian Bites, an ice cream van and a DJ plus more.
Fingers crossed for some nice weather so we can enjoy the outdoor area. It should be a great day and we’re looking forward to introducing ourselves to our new customers.
I would just like to say, thank you to everyone that has supported us so far with likes and and positive comments on the our socials, sharing our posts and visiting our food trucks even though they’ve been limited. What a journey this has been since last November! It’s been made easier knowing you’re out there cheering us on.ShadowBridge Brewery
