All the favourite characters from the original 90s TV series are reimagined for the 21st century, facing the challenges that come with growing old disgracefully in the era of the silver surfer. At Bayview Retirement Village, battle-axe extraordinaire Diana Trent conspires with new resident Tom Ballard to give the conniving manager his comeuppance through a hilarious conspiracy with unexpectedly heartwarming results.

Arthur Kipps is a poor draper’s apprentice who unexpectedly inherits a fortune which propels him into high society. He becomes confused about everything he thought he knew about life as his childhood sweetheart Ann watches him being manipulated by the classy Helen Walsingham and her conniving mother. This is a high energy, fast moving and very entertaining family show with some fabulous musical numbers including ‘Half a sixpence’ and ‘Flash Bang Wallop’.
