This spring, award-winning Arrows & Traps theatre company bring their critically acclaimed adaptation of Jekyll & Hyde to the Plowright Theatre, Scunthorpe after a sellout run in London. The show will be performing on the 8th March @ 7.30pm as part of a national tour this spring.
This adaptation sets Robert Louis Stevenson’s gothic classic during the presidential race in the wake of Trump’s impeachment, in the halls of American power.
The story is reimagined as a noir thriller, taking in subjects such as the isolating power of technology, cyber-trolling, LGBTQ rights, the polarisation of contemporary politics, gun control and the rise of social media.
