Baths Hall // Funny Scunny Grand Final 2015

Fri, July 24
8pm – 11pm
The Baths Hall Lounge

Last night we attended Heat 3 of Funny Scunny at The Baths Hall, it was quite a busy night with 8 comedians taking to the stand, some we had seen before at other comedy nights and some new faces we had never seen before. This years comedy talent has been to quite a high standard, with all of the comedians entering deserving some laughs.

The crowd last night were a little more interactive and louder than I have previously seen at Local comedy nights, which was good. Besides a heckler at one point, which got a little awkward. I could run through all 8 comedians but there is no way I can remember out of 8 who was who and what they spoke about but the majority of them had the room laughing. There was plenty of different comedy styles and approaches in this years Funny Scunny so all the best to the finalists. 8 contestants went through to the final, collectively from the 3 heats that took place.
So tonight, who will be the winner of Funny Scunny 2015!
The winner will receive £400 cash, a trophy and the chance to perform at a future Knock Knock comedy club night. The Grand Final will take place on Friday, 24 July with a special guest headline act.
Tickets are priced £7 (booking fee may apply, please see website for details) available to book on our website, in person from the Box Office or call: 0844 854 2776.
Last years “FUNNY SCUNNY” champ: Jed Sailsbury
You can usually catch Jed acting as the compare for the COM-INDIE comedy nights at Cafe INDIEpendent. If you haven’t been to a COM-INDIE or a Baths Hall Knock, Knock comedy night…then give it a try!!
