We invite you, your family, and friends to take part in an exciting new chapter of a creative national film project and exhibition. This powerful project will be showcased at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Autumn 2025 before touring nationally.
Led by Fred Garland of Tenfoot Dance Company, this long-term project ‘The Women’s Movement 100’ brings together visual artists and academic research to explore female equality and mark 100 years since women won the right to vote.
Sheffield, Hull, and Newcastle have already shared their stories—now it’s your turn!
Arc in Movement – The North Lincolnshire chapter welcomes a diverse community cast of all genders to participate in a mass movement piece. No previous experience is needed—everyone aged 18+ is welcome!
Fred and the other artists work inclusively, ensuring that you can take part in a way that suits you and your body. We provide a friendly and supportive environment, so if you encounter any barriers to participation, please let us know—we’ll do our best to help.
Workshops will run from April, leading up to filming in October.
