This Christmas, here at Normanby Hall, we are delighted to be able to offer seasonal skating in the Stableyard.

Right next to the Stableyard Cafe, this high-quality, synthetic ice rink provides an exciting addition for families visiting Normanby Hall for a festive experience.

General

Car parking is not included of the price of the ticket, if you are an annual pass holder, parking is free.

Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, on a ratio of 1:2 (one adult per two 12-year-olds and younger). Tickets are required for each child skating.

Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult on the ice at all times. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at the rink.

Normanby Hall reserves the right to close the ice rink at short notice and without warning if necessary. If 15 minutes or less of ice skating has taken place within a session that has been cancelled by Normanby Hall, then a refund may be given.

The ice rink will operate in all weather conditions. This is an outdoor attraction – no refunds or exchanges will be given due to inclement weather. If you choose not to attend the ice rink due to the weather conditions or decide to leave early, no refund will be given.

Wheelchair access – The ice rink does cater for wheelchair users, providing they are accompanied by a companion. Normanby Hall is not able to provide additional staffing, for dedicated support, at the ice rink.

Each ice-skating session is up to 45mins long. Please follow the one-way system for entering and leaving the ice rink.

TicketsTickets must be shown to the ice rink attendant. Tickets are only valid for the time and date specified on the ticket.

Admission to the ice rink is by ticket only. All ice skaters must have a ticket.

Wi-fi signal is not guaranteed, so tickets shown on an electronic device should be saved to the device prior to arrival. Customers arriving without proof of a valid ticket will be refused entry onto the ice rink.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to not to refuse admission onto the ice rink if forged or illegible tickets are presented.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission to the ice rink for any reason not listed in the terms and conditions.

Each visitor is responsible for attending their session 15 – 30 minutes before the session time starts. Normanby Hall is not liable if the visitor turns up late for any reason and misses their session. Normanby Hall is not obliged to refund the ticket or reallocate a new session time.

Attendance

  • Parking charges apply for non-members.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to skate time, for ticket check and shoe change.
  • Please ensure that clean socks are warn.
  • Smoking (including use of e-cigarettes), eating or drinking is not permitted on the ice rink.
  • Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and refused re-entry to the ice rink on that day and will not be given a refund.
  • Purchase of a ticket means you consent to footage and images of yourself being used in future promotional material.

Important Information

North Lincolnshire Council shall not be liable for any loss, damage, (cost, expense, or any other claim for compensation) to any person or property arising from the use of the ice rink and its facilities at Normanby Hall in any way except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the council’s negligence.

Skate Aid

Skate aids may be booked online at an additional charge subject to availability. They may be available, at the rink, on a first come, first served basis also at an additional charge.
