Scunthorpe residents invited to charity quiz night for the Stroke Association
The Stroke Association is hosting a Charity Quiz Night with a pie and pea supper on Friday 17 April and inviting all local residents to take part.
The event will take place at St Bernadette’s Parish Centre on Ashby Road in Scunthorpe, with doors opening at 6pm and the quiz beginning at 7pm. People can enter teams of up to five, and also bring their own drinks.
In Yorkshire and Humberside, there are more than 10,600 strokes per year and over 112,300 people living with the effects of stroke. Funds raised through the charity quiz night will help the Stroke Association continue to offer vital support to stroke survivors and their families.
Tickets can be purchased in advance and cost £7 per adult and £3.50 per child. For more information, contact the Stroke Association team on 01724 851453.
