OK, so you don’t need to be part of the LGBT community to fill this in or to attend a pride event. So this survey is everyone friendly!
This Saturday just gone, Hull celebrated their Annual pride parade & event in the city centre location of Queens Gardens (Just near Princess Quay). It’s open to everyone and encourages a family friendly atmosphere. Some people may not like, approve of or attend prides or get why they happen but this event brought 50,000 people to the city centre from all over the UK.
North Lincolnshire Council have announced they are looking into creating some sort of event for 2019 to celebrate pride. Obviously not on the scale of other prides like Hull.
There will be a meeting held this Thursday 26th July to discuss ideas and find people interested in getting involved. If you would like to attend then contact North Lincs Council via their Facebook or Twitter.
If you can’t make it or simply don’t want to go along then you can fill in our survey. You have until later today before we process the results to send them off to the council so get sharing and get filling in.
Pride is inclusive of everyone. It’s about being proud of who you are, no matter who you are so if you have an idea or opinion on how North Lincs Pride 2019 should be celebrated, then have your say here.
